Just in case you haven't been paying attention, Maine quartet Cruel Hand is just two weeks away from releasing a new full-length. The outing is titled The Negatives, and you'll be able to buy it in stores on September 23rd via the band's new label, Hopeless Records.

If you don't know anything about Cruel Hand, well, they play hardcore. If you don't like hardcore, why not?
