Long Island thrash foursome Extinction A.D. unveils their new video for "Mummified."
Extinction AD

In 2013, the lionshare of Long Island, NY band This Is Hell took off their hardcore sneakers and put on some metal boots to launch a new outfit called Extinction A.D., a fiery haven for thrash goodness. Fast forward a bit, and the quartet entered the studio with producer/engineer Jay Maas (Defeater, Bane) to record their debut EP, Plague Prophecy, which will see release via Good Fight Music on August 19.

If you like metal, there's no reason to not like this record. It's got riffs, relentless vocals, solos, and more riffs (ever so tempting to call them Slayer A.D.). We heartily encourage you to pick up the EP right now here.

Of course, if you're a cautious music shopper, we suspect you'll need some convincing. Well then, look no further than Extinction A.D.'s brand new video for "Mummified," which we're conveniently premiering below. Go.
