Ephel Duath "Shaped By Darkness" song premiere
Lambgoat premieres a new track from Italian avant-garde metal outfit Ephel Duath.
Davide Tiso and his avant-garde metal troupe Ephel Duath are set to release their latest album, which is titled Hemmed By Light, Shaped By Darkness. In addition to Tiso, the LP features Marco Minnemann (Kreator, Necrophagist) on drums, Bryan Beller (Dethklok, Joe Satriani) on bass, and Karyn Crisis on vocals. Cool, huh?
Tiso recently described the effort as follows: "This album holds together all that Ephel Duath's music has touched in the last 15 years and pushes its boundaries even further" - comments Davide Tiso. "Lyrically, the new songs dig deep in higher self subject matters, combining brutally visual imagery with a painfully honest soul searching quest."
Hemmed By Light, Shaped By Darkness was produced by Erik Rutan (of Hate Eternal) and is slated for a November 26th release via Agonia Records.
Today, we're happy to premiere the second new track from the album. The song is titled "Shaped by Darkness" and its lyric video can be seen (and heard) below.
If you like what you hear, be sure to pre-order the album. And don't forget check out the band on Facebook.

Very interesting new sound. I can't wait for this album, sounds great. The vocals somehow remind me a little of Motorpsycho :D
