Official press release:

Introducing, Diecon, the new Melodic Electronic Metal project featuring three founding members of The Browning (Earache Records/Century Media Records); Brian Cravey (guitars/electronics), Jesse Glidewell (bass) and Noah "Shark" Robertson (drums), who is also a current member of the band, Motograter.

Cravey left the band, The Browning, shortly after the release of the Earache Records debut, 'Burn This World' (2011), and eventually began composing music on his own. Later, immediately following the 2012 Never Say Die! European Tour, Glidewell and Robertson would leave The Browning and were soon involved with Cravey's new project.

Cravey states: "After stepping back from the metal scene for the past few years, I decided it was time to start a new project. I started it as a solo effort to scratch my metal itch, but very soon after Noah and Jesse were on-board. Since we have been friends and band mates for years, our chemistry on and off stage is undeniable. We have a lot of material and have only just begun to record. Diecon is strictly instrumental at the moment, but we're on the hunt for the perfect vocalist. Be on the lookout for new songs, videos, and a full-length EP in the near future!"

The band has released the single "Gray Matter", which is available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and more. The video for the single can be viewed below.

The band is currently instrumental, however the group is holding open, public auditions for the right vocalist. Potential candidates can reach the band at: Dieconband@gmail.com
