Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has offered up a brief status update on his health following what he called "unplanned spinal surgery." The recent procedure forced Slipknot to postpone the first two weeks of their North American tour with Marilyn Manson and Of Mice & Men. Fortunately for Taylor, the surgery apparently went well, as he has been cleared to tour. Unfortunately, he won't be able to do much else, including headbang or jump. Taylor had this to say via Twitter:
Neck Update: follow-up appt w/ Dr was great! For now, no headbanging, jumping. But I'll sing my ass off. Back to 90% 4-6 months, 100%/year.— Jalapeno Throat, LLC (@CoreyTaylorRock) June 22, 2016
