The new Death Angel album has debuted in the Billboard Top 100.

San Francisco Bay Area thrash veterans, Death Angel, have debuted at No. 98 on the U.S. Billboard Top 200 chart with new album The Evil Divide. The effort sold roughly 6,400 copies in its first week of release in the United States. Comments vocalist Mark Osegueda: "We would like to thank everyone out there who contributed to the success of our first weeks sales of The Evil Divide! An album we worked very hard on, and are very proud of! Thank you for keeping our passion and dreams alive! The music industry is not for the meek, and we appreciate you all for continually instilling strength in us to give it our all, and give you our best!" Death Angel's previous album, The Dream Calls for Blood (2013), debuted at No. 72 on the aforementioned chart, with first-week sales of 5,400.
