The new Dream Theater album has debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200.
The Astonishing, the latest album from progressive metal band Dream Theater, has debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 chart, with first-week sales of roughly 30,000 in the United States.
For comparison's sake, the band's previous, self-titled album (2013) sold 34,000 copies in its first week, landing at No. 7 on the aforementioned chart. Meanwhile, their 2011 record A Dramatic Turn of Events bowed at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 on the strength of 40,000 copies sold in its debut week.
