California band Point Of Recognition, who broke up in 2002, will reportedly be reforming (with some new members) under the new moniker, Take This Hand. Here's a statement from the band:

"We thought it best to make the project an evolution from what Point of Recognition was, with a new vision and new material that is vastly improved musically, spiritually, a change that was cut short by the end of the band in the past. Look for a return show possibly in late-May or early-June. We will still play some old Point Of Recognition songs, but we will also be playng new material. Stay tuned for more info."
