Belphegor drummer exits band

After roughly three years as a member, drummer Simon Schilling (aka BloodHammer) has departed Austrian extreme metal act Belphegor. Schilling issued the following statement:

"Due to different reasons I decided to leave Belphegor. I am looking forward to perform and work with new bands. From now on I am available for studio work and live appereances.

"I will reveal coming tours and projects soon. A big shoutout to all the people and fans I met during the last three years with Belphegor. See you again soon on the road to hell!"

hey any chance my friends band Throwdown can get on this event. They have a good album called "Vendetta" that was popular and they've been practicing it and are ready to perform it in it's entirety.

I have it on good authority he tried to stage a mutiny and change the bands name to rearphegor. Sadly it was unsuccessful.
