Impending Doom finishing up new album

Friday, July 14, 2017 9:20 AM PT

Riverside, CA metal band Impending Doom has revealed that they're nearing the final stages of recording for their forthcoming album and follow-up to Death Will Reign (2013). Tracking commenced earlier this year in Corona, CA and according to the band, "the new album is close to completion." Specifically, bass tracking has just been completed and vocalist Brook Reeves will record vocals in a few weeks.

At this rate, a late 2017 release via eOne Music is expected.

As someone who bought the "Sin and Doom of godless Men" CDR, their first album was amazing. Everything else was a paradoxical poppy deathcore hybrid.
