Harley Flanagan assault case dismissed

Friday, December 14, 2012 1:23 PM PT

Remember when Harley Flanagan assaulted two people at a Cro-Mags show in New York City over the summer? Well, according to NewYorkNatives.com, the resulting charges have been dropped. The site states that Flanagan had faced "four second degree felony assault charges and weapons possession." An explanation regarding the dismissal has yet to surface, so unfortunately, we have no specifics to offer at this time.
