Early Graves sign with No Sleep Records

No Sleep Records has signed San Francisco metal band
Early Graves. The group will enter the studio in July to record their No Sleep debut, which hit streets this fall.
Formed in early-2008, the band released two albums with Iron Clad Recordings prior to the
tragic death of singer Makh Daniels. After a year of uncertainty, the band soldiered on with John Strachan (of The Funeral Pyre) taking Daniels' spot.
Earlier this year Early Graves began writing and recording demos for a new album, their first with Strachan.
"After enduring every shitstorm the proverbial 'universe' can throw at us for last few years, we are extremely excited to be releasing our new batch of burners on No Sleep Records," say guitarist Chris Brock. "No Sleep Records may not seem like a likely landing spot for a band like us, but Chris and No Sleep release music that they care about and want to work with, which is something we can definitely get behind. I won't bore with you with a 'our new album sounds like mixed with this mixed with that' or 'it's heavier, faster, more melodic' bullshit, but I will say that we are happy to be releasing it with a label that likes it as much as we do."

No Sleep might not have many bands that get respect around Lambgoat but that label is fucking killin' it right now.

Too bad, band sucks.

They have a few good bands, but I wouldn't exactly say "killing it". I do like Xerxes and Lowtalker, have a soft spot for Mixtapes and anticipate the TRC release.
