Chad Gilbert can't sing for Shai Hulud in June

Shai Hulud fans planning to catch the band's performances at next month's Revelation Records
anniversary shows will be disappointed to hear that former Shai Hulud frontman (and current New Found Glory guitarist)
Chad Gilbert will be unable to perform with the band, as had previously been
announced.
We asked Gilbert for an explanation and he told us that it "will be announced why soon." Gilbert also added, "No hate or beef!"
Meanwhile, Hundredth vocalist
Chadwick Johnson will take Gilbert's place. Johnson describes himself as "beyond privileged" to participate.

Im a huge Hundereth fan. But an even bigger Shai Hulud fan. He should feel very honored to be apart of the greatest metalcore/hardcore band ever. Although, from an honest opinion. He doesnt have a deep enough scream for Shai Hulud.

i liked both geert and chad. shai hulud is still great. yea i dont like misanthropy as much as hearts once nourished or other classics but still good music. and considering the genre.

It's true, no one writes lyrics but Fox, even drum parts are pretty much written by him. It could be called "the Matt Fox show", and I think anyone who knows them, would know it's true. Sort out your differences, stop micro-managing every aspect of the band, and bring back Geert. Dude slayed. Old version of SYBA is ten times better than Mazzalli's piece of shit, and everyone fucking knows it.
