Blind Witness breaking up

Quebec metal/hardcore band
Blind Witness will apparently be calling it quits in the near future. Though the band has yet to state anything of the sort, some enterprising Canadians have figured it out (and kindly notified us). We expect something official to surface in the coming weeks.
Formed in 2004 (or 2006 by some accounts), the band has released albums with
Mediaskare Records and
Torque Recordings.
UPDATE
The band has confirmed their breakup and issued a lengthy
statement.

Always thought this band was better than most geneirc metalcore but they lost the majority of their members and fan base looong ago.

they prob would have lasted if anyone other than mediaskare would have put their record out. solid record solid work ethic. id be willing to bet that if somebody like sumerian would have picked them up they'd still be touring.

I read somewhere that they were discussing a contract with Metal Blade but lied about discussing a deal with Ferret to get more $$ from MB and MB caught them in the act. Not sure if true, but if so then HA.

These guys were actually really cool to speak with. From a Quebec (GRANBY !) band, they kicked ass pretty hard with their music. They managed to get to a point that probably none of you losers above me bitching them will ever reach in their life.

The talentless lazy people are always trying to find someone else to bitch about.It takes their minds away from the fact that their own lives are so lame.I feel sorry for those and look forward to hearing and seeing BLIND WITNESS kick the shit out of the next venue they play!I heard the Europe tour in December kicked ass!!Congrats to Blind Witness for being one of the youngest and hardest working bands I've seen in a long time.
