Portland, Oregon-based crust punk band From Ashes Rise was in the studio this past weekend tracking two songs for a new 7" release. This is the first time the band has recorded in roughly nine years.
Recorded at Audible Alchemy, engineered by Bryan Sours and Steve Lobdell, and mixed at Audiosiege by Sours and the band's own Brad Boatright, the two tracks -- "Rejoice The End" and "Rage of Sanity" -- are being finalized on a new 7" via Southern Lord Recordings in April or May. A final release date, cover art and additional information will be revealed in the near future.
