Evergreen Terrace founder joins Stick To Your Guns

Stick To Your Guns has announced that
Josh James, a founding member of both
Evergreen Terrace and
Casey Jones, has joined the band on guitar. STYG and James met while on the 2008 Hell On Earth tour and remained friends ever since. James will make his debut with the band on their
Fight the Silence Tour in March.
Jesse Barnett (vocals) states: "What else is to be said about Josh James other than the fact that he is a one of a kind individual. We couldn't be happier with having him join the STYG camp. Anyone who knows us and knows him knows that this is a perfect fit. With that being said, we would like to proudly welcome Josh to the circus that is Stick To Your Guns. Pit big or go home."
James further comments: "I've always been a fan of STYG. I like what they stand for. I like the music. I am beyond stoked to be playing with such awesome guys. After hearing the new stuff, I thought that I would definitely love to be a part of this. When they asked me to join it was a very easy decision to make."
Stick To Your Guns' new album, Diamond, will be available this spring.

It sounds like they finished recording before he joined the band. It sucks to join a band right after they've finished recording as you will spend the next couple of years touring for an album you weren't even a part of recording.

Evergreen Terrace guitarist Josh James has confirmed to Theprp that he remains a member of the aforementioned band —despite a recent press release suggesting the contrary. Essentially this means that James will pull double duty between Evergreen Terrace and Stick To Your Guns.

I'm from Jacksonville Florida. I hope ET doesn't disband. I fucking love STYG though. And I'm seeing Casey Jones' last show tomorrow. FUCK. All these good Jacksonville Hardcore bands breaking up.
