Doomriders drummer leaves band

Doomriders has announced the departure of drummer (and Cave In member) JR Conners. According to the group, "A family, a career, and two bands is a lot to juggle so though we are sad to see him go, we also wish him all the best. We love you JR!"
Converge/Acid Tiger drummer Ben Koller will be filling in for the time being, including the band's September 6th show, which will find them opening for Sleep at the Brooklyn Masonic Lodge.

another guy finally figures it out. when you have a touring band(let alone 2) there is no "juggling". a family doesn't matter and an actual "career" doesnt exist. good for this dude for not being a total ree-ree.
