Brian Posehn recording new album

Comedian/actor Brian Posehn has begun work on a new album, with portions of the record recorded this past weekend during live sets in Nashville, TN. Additionally, Posehn will begin work on follow-up tracks to his popular Live In: Nerd Rage album closer "Metal By Numbers" to accompany the new album. With the help of an array of "metal" guests, Posehn is looking to record four new songs and at least three music videos for the record. The new album is expected to see a summer 2009 release via Relapse Records.
