AbsolutePunk for bringing this to our attention, but a few weeks ago Milwaukee straight edge hardcore band
FocusedxMinds announced that drummer
Andy Hurley (Fall Out Boy, ex-Racetraitor) had joined their lineup.
Of course, the band intentionally left out Hurley's Fall Out Boy connection, stating "We're excited to welcome our friends Andy (Earth Crisis, ex-Enabler) on drums and Matt Wes (ex-Noose) on bass. New LP in early 2013."
Word on the street is that Hurley didn't leave
Enabler, so much as fade into oblivion amidst some bizarre behavior. Hopefully he will prove to be a reliable member of FocusedxMinds.
