Megadeth begins work on new album

Megadeth will be joined by producer Johnny K (Sevendust, Machine Head) this week in California to begin pre-production for their next full-length album, tentatively due out in early-2013. Frontman Dave Mustaine had the following to say: "[Johnny] is arriving tomorrow to start pre-production" on the new CD. This should be a very interesting record."
