Randy Blythe intends to post the
increased bail amount ($400,000 in total), and his release could be forthcoming.
The law firm that represents Blythe has reportedly stated, "He is willing to pay that amount."
The District Court in Prague, Czech Republic said that if bail is posted, they shall order Blythe's release. Of course, the prosecutor in the case could still file another complaint, the same scenario which
prevented Blythe from the leaving prison after posting bail the first time.
