After their appearance at Metallica's
Orion Music + More festival on June 23rd in Atlantic City, NJ,
The Sword will begin recording their fourth album and first for new label
Razor & Tie. The album, titled Apocryphon, will be produced and engineered by
J. Robbins (Clutch, Jawbox) and recorded at
Magpie Cage Studios. The effort will feature cover art by comic book artist
J.H. Williams III (Batwoman, Promethea) and an early fall release is planned.
