Billy Rymer is actually playing beats and rhythms. Portnoy just seems to be performing throwaway drum solos.

Billy's drum solo had a few cool parts, Portnoy's performance was a disappointment - too bad he started "playing along" with Billy in his second solo. The coolest thing of this video was to see how limited two well-respected drummers are when playing solo on a "regular" drumkit. Makes me feel good about my own drumming skills.
