Frankie Palmeri talks Paris

I'm all for Victory Records promoting their artists and stuff - it's what labels are supposed to do. But I want to know who at Victory woke up one morning and said, let's post a video of Frankie Palmeri talking about Paris! I guess Emmure fans might appreciate the insight, and Palmeri has certainly been to Paris more than I, but I'd rather hear him talk about Fruit Roll-Ups or season 3 of the Cosby Show.
