They need to learn how to stop this stupid glorifying of shit metal. Lamb of god was decent at best when they were actually writing acceptable music. For a clue of what their next album will sound like, just look to five finger fist pump to set the new trend. Faggz.

this cd was different but good, I think they lost it a little with the last 2 albums. you can hear them trying to branch out, and I think it works for them.

solid album from a great band.. Actually got me into extreme metal. I have a feeling this album will be like Wrath where the first few listen throughs give you a so-so impression. But you learn to love it in the long run once you give it the proper attention. Oh and fuck everyone hating on either Pantera or LOG. Saw Lamb of God this week in NYC. They played "Desolation", "The Number Six" and "Undertow." Which were all good. And thy played "Ghost Walking" which wasn't. The rest was killer. Randy looks mean with dreads.

I was looking forward to read this review bearing in mind that lambgoat was going to take away this bands manhood. And here they are just glorifying them.

This is a sad album from a band that has already crossed over into irrelevancy. A new Lamb of God album has as much impact on modern metal as a new Korn Album. 7 out of 10 is major charity. These guys just don't know how to write songs.

That first song" straight fot the sun" is totally awesome. Harkening back to the days of"burn the priest". Metal is for real people who live hardcore lives and squeeze the last drop of life out of every moment. Not pussies who sit behind computers, or those who would try to compare a four piece to a five piece. No matter who they were. What matters is what they sound like in real life. Not what they can over dub on the album. SMB!
