They're just good, gorilla-moshin' songs. (giving u a nice breather in between with the great ambients). I enjoyed Xmas a whole lot more than the new isis - panopticon. and a whole lot more than the last Cave-in - antenna. so to say that OMG isn't as good as the membs other bands, uh, not in my opinion. and besides, OMG has grown into a entirely different beast, cave-in, nor isi

Apologies for the mixups and mistakes on my part. Since there is very little info about the band to be found anywhere (i.e. - the liner notes for the CD don't say who is in the band, or who plays what), I had to go on instinct and guess by the sound of it. Hence my assumption that Newton played bass, because it sounded like it was him playing.
As to the tour, I knew that they

this is correct. also, that part about how they need to "start" playing live shows... uh, didn't they do a whole tour last year? it'd be cool if people reviewing records actually knew something about the band...
